PayPal securely processes payments for KlockWork Clothing. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may pay with your debit or credit card in which the payment will be processed through PayPal.

 

Returns

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within five days from the date merchandise was received. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

- Refunds will be credited to original PayPal account/credit card only. Shipping charges will be refunded up to “standard ground” only if merchandise received was defective.

- To contact customer service for questions, please email us at sales@justlikeklockwork.com. Please put “Customer Service” in the subject line.

- Pack merchandise securely. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: Bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; reason for return.

- Send return(s) to the address on the original packing slip. If you lose the packing slip, please email us at sales@justlikeklockwork.com to get address.

- We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking #. Returns may take 7-14 business days to process and you will be emailed when re-shipped or refunded.

Please expect 7-14 business days for your shipment to be recieved. KlockWork Klothing ships via UPS and you will be provided a tracking # when your item(s) has been shipped.
